1) Refund is based on your results and progress. Inability to finish the program due to any reasons does not entitle any refund amount.
2) Updating food- diary on a daily basis with pictures is mandatory for refund. This is proof that you attempted to follow the plan but due to any reason, it did not work on you.
3) If your plan involves attending live sessions, a minimum of 80% attendance is mandatory.
4) Uploading progress photos every 15 days is mandatory to see progress if you are requesting a refund.
5) No refund is entitled if for some reason you are unable to stick up to your nutritional plan, exercise plan or follow the program as it is required.
6) No refund is entitled if you injure yourself during the online classes. These classes are virtual and it is practically impossible to monitor your postures and correct the same with 100% accuracy.
7) 'Results' vary for a PCOS reversal program. Expecting all your symptoms to resolve in the first thirty days of your plan is impractical and impossible. Hormonal balance takes months to fix and will vary depending on individual cases.
